Cranberry Township Photo Op: Black and White Family Portraits

Spring is getting closer, but it’s not quite time for outdoor photos.  And while it’s still cold outside, I’m feeling black-and-white vibes.  If you like the timeless look of black-and-white portraits and are in need of an updated portrait of you family,  please reach out.  I’m scheduling sessions for March 19th in Cranberry Township.

Pittsburgh Engagement Session: In-Home Cake Fight!

I was so excited when this Pittsburgh couple chose me to photograph their Oak Lodge wedding, but I had no idea how much fun we’d have with their engagement session.  It was no ordinary engagement session.  They wanted to have some fun with a food fight in their own kitchen.  And much like a wedding cake cutting where the bride and groom feed one another the first bite of cake, it got a little crazy!  And I enjoyed capturing every minute of it!

Cranberry Senior Portraits: Winter Sessions

We were waiting for this snow for this Cranberry senior portrait session.  The winter in Cranberry started off slow, but really kicked into gear over the last few weeks, so we seized the opportunity.  And as I was driving to our first location, I have to be honest, I wasn’t sure going out in a snow storm was a great idea.  But then while we were shooting, I knew, it was so worth it!

Pittsburgh Senior Portraits: Fun in the City

We had lots of fun with this senior’s portrait session on a very cold day in Pittsburgh.  I think it was 7 degrees that morning, so while we had discussed photographing her running on a trail, we decided to improvise and find a way to capture this track star indoors!

Artwork Refresh: What’s New in 2022?

Over the next week or so, I’ll be updating my portfolio with images from 2021, but for now, I am excited to share my new home page slideshow featuring artwork I’ve created for my clients. My desire to help families preserve their photography is a response to a growing concern that I’ve heard echoed over the past decade: organizing and printing digital photos is overwhelming. That overwhelm leads to procrastination and then procrastination to an underlying anxiousness that we won’t be able to find our photos when we finally have time to do something with them.
