Bellevue Christian Church Wedding Photography
Dear friends of mine were married at my church here in Pittsburgh a little over a week ago and I won’t mention names at their request, but I will share some photos with their permission. It was a pleasure to be a part of their day and I have to say, they are one fun couple to photograph. The ceremony was officiated by my pastor and our church was packed like an 11 a.m. Sunday worship service. Plus they had a large bridal party that spanned the width of the sanctuary! Here’s a photo that was taken during the praise and worship portion of their ceremony.
Here, the bride is reading her wedding vows in her groom’s native language.
It was a beautiful service and the bride and groom just beamed.
They were celebrated by their guests with bubbles as they exited the church.
After the ceremony, we headed to the Point for some portraits.
We lingered by the river for a few shots that I think will work really well as a matched set.
I love that they’re not shy about being passionate with one another.
This is one beautiful bride and I’m pretty sure the groom is head over heels for her.
And here’s the bridal party!
This bouquet was created by my neighbor who always does such a wonderful job with wedding flowers. I recommend her to everyone!
Here are a few lovely shots from Alex.
This next photo includes a first for Captivating Imagery. We’ll be taking this chaise lounge around with us for some select weddings this season. It takes some extra effort, but I think it’s worth it! The chaise will be making an appearance in some upcoming post as well and I’d love to get a consensus from brides or anyone else out there, so feedback is much appreciated!
Here’s a close-up. I wish it was a little bit brighter outside when we took these, but the wedding schedule didn’t allow us to get out until dusk. One comment that I’ve had since trying this is that it’s a nice break for a bride and groom to get away and relax for a bit.
To my dear friends (you know who you are!), congratulations and God bless you!
Kate, I looove this sneak peak!!! We cannot wait to get our photos back. We love your work and love you! :) See you Sunday…P.S. – the chaise lounge chair is awesome; we loved taking those photos and love the two you posted here on your blog
