Pittsburgh Wedding Photographers at St. Edwards Catholic Church and Gianilli’s II: Part Two

Crissy and Jason’s ceremony was lovely and they were greeted by their guests outside with flurry of bubbles. After a few moments for some family portraits back in the sanctuary, they were whisked away by a horse-drawn carriage. This was a special gift to the couple from Crissy’s mother.

I like how this couple went from a carriage ride to a stretch hummer.

Crissy and Jason really made an entrance when they were announced at their reception.

Some funny stories were shared during the toasts and the whole room was in stitches.

Cheers to the new couple!

They had short vases at the bridal table for each of the bridesmaids bouquets.

Pittsburgh first dance photo

The first dance is one of my favorite things to photograph at a wedding. After a whirlwind day, the couple finally has a few moments to really connect and enjoy one another.

Pittsburgh wedding reception

Crissy had lots of cheerleader friends who were really tearing up the dance floor. They really worked it for the camera and that makes for a very fun reception.

Pittsburgh bridal or "money" dance

I do enjoy a lively money dance. Here Crissy and a friend from high school are sharing a sweet moment in what was a lengthy money dance. I think nearly every guest took a turn and Crissy was a real trooper.

Lots of couples ask me to photograph their rings in the bouquet and I’m happy to do so. This particular shot took place at the end of the night and I think it’s a fitting way to close this post.

Crissy and Jason, thank you for the opportunity to photograph your wedding. Many blessings to you and your marriage!
